Full-Time / Permanent About the Role We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Professional Painter to join our team. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, have a "safety-first" mindset when working at heights, and are looking for a stable company with competitive pay, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality interior and exterior painting services for residential and commercial projects. Expertly perform surface preparation, including sanding, caulking, priming, and minor drywall repairs. Operate and work comfortably from tall ladders, extension ladders, and scaffolding. Maintain a clean and organized job site while ensuring tools and equipment are properly cared for. Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the client's satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of professional painting experience (required).
Heights:
Must be comfortable and experienced working on ladders and scaffolding at various heights.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with brushes, rollers, and sprayers; deep knowledge of different paint types and finishes.
Reliability:
Strong work ethic, punctual, and possesses a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Physical Ability:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/climb for extended periods.
