Day Shift & Swing Shift Available Job Overview We are currently seeking experienced Commercial Painters to join our team. Candidates must have at least 1 year of commercial painting experience and be comfortable completing a variety of painting, preparation, and finishing tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to complete professional-quality work with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching holes and repairing minor imperfections Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray guns Properly operate and maintain painting and spraying equipment Perform caulking around baseboards, trim, and other finished surfaces Complete detailed finishing and touch-up work Protect surrounding surfaces and maintain a clean work area Inspect completed work to ensure a professional-quality finish Follow job specifications, supervisor instructions, and all safety procedures Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the shift Qualifications Minimum 1 year of commercial painting experience required Experience using paint spray guns, brushes, rollers, and other painting equipment Must know how to patch holes and properly prepare surfaces for painting Experience with caulking around baseboards and trim Strong finishing and touch-up skills Must have own basic painting tools, including brushes Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to safely perform physical work throughout the shift Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to safely use ladders and painting equipment as required Ability to lift and carry painting materials, tools, and equipment Apply today to join our team! #SynergyStaffingJobs Actively Hiring | Hiring Immediately | Full-Time | Commercial Painter |
