Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner/Painter to join our rental property team. We are looking for someone to help minimize turnover time after tenants move out or a new property is acquired. We need an individual who is able to clean residential units, perform small maintenance tasks, and paint/repaint units effectively and without supervision. Duties Clean and declutter residential units to rent-ready standard Prepare surfaces for painting through cleaning, sanding, scraping, and surface repair techniques such as drywall patching and caulking Apply paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including conventional and construction spray painting), and other hand tools with precision and consistency Perform structural painting tasks on various surfaces including stucco, plaster, and fixtures in residential settings Assist with renovation projects by handling tasks such as fixture installation, drywall finishing, trim carpentry, and general handyman duties (experience preferred, but not required) Qualifications Proficiency with hand tools and paint sprayers (including both roller and conventional spraying), and maintenance of equipment Ability to perform surface preparation tasks such as plastering, drywall finishing, caulking, and stucco application Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship in both painting and cleaning tasks Good physical condition with the ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders safely, and perform manual labor efficiently Prior experience in construction site work or renovation projects is highly valued Join us in creating beautiful spaces while honing your skills in a fast-paced environment that values safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
