In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across apartment complexes in Hampton Roads. Your expertise will ensure that all surfaces are properly prepared, painted to specifications, and finished with precision. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, and applying primer as needed to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other coatings using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including conventional and construction spray painting), and power tools with skill and efficiency Conduct surface preparation for construction painting including surface cleaning, sanding, patching imperfections, and applying appropriate coatings for durability Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools such as hand tools and spray equipment while following safety protocol adherence at all times Requirements Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Painting and drywall experience is a plus If you're passionate about transforming spaces with precision and professionalism—apply today!
