Painter:

Paint interior and exterior surfaces throughout guest cottages and common areas Prep surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming for optimal results Apply specialty finishes such as faux or textured techniques when required Assist with minor flooring projects, including installation, repair, or refinishing Your skills and experience: At least 5 years of professional painting experience, preferably in commercial settings Strong knowledge of painting tools, materials, and surface preparation Experience with specialty painting techniques is highly valued Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a maintenance team What you can expect from
