Job DescriptionTwin Farms is looking for a skilled Painter to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This role is hands-on and detail-driven, focused on keeping our guest cottages, common areas, and facilities looking their best. If you take pride in solid workmanship, know your tools, and care about doing the job right the first time, you'll fit in well here.

Experience in commercial painting is preferred, and specialty finishes are a strong plus. This position is ideal for someone dependable, professional, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a tight-knit maintenance team.

What You'll DoPaint interior and exterior surfaces throughout the property, including guest cottages and shared spacesPrep surfaces properly by cleaning, sanding, patching, and primingApply specialty finishes such as faux or textured techniques when neededHelp with minor flooring projects (installation, repair, or refinishing)Keep tools, materials, and work areas clean, organized, and safeWork closely with the maintenance team to complete projects efficiently and with minimal impact on guestsFollow all safety procedures and property standardsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of professional painting experience (commercial experience preferred)Strong working knowledge of painting tools, materials, and surface prepExperience with specialty painting techniques strongly preferredFlooring experience a plus (tile, wood, or vinyl)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPride in craftsmanship and strong attention to detailReliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitudeAdditional InformationAt Twin Farms, we believe that when our team members are genuinely cared for, they are empowered to deliver extraordinary hospitality.
