Position Overview We are hiring experienced painters to join our team for residential and commercial projects throughout Northern Vermont. This position is a good fit for someone with previous painting experience who is comfortable working on interior and exterior projects and understands the importance of preparation, quality, and professionalism on the job site. The right candidate should be able to work efficiently, follow direction, stay organized, and contribute to a respectful and productive team environment. Responsibilities Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting Sand, scrape, patch, clean, caulk, tape, and mask areas as needed Apply primer, paint, stain, and coatings to a variety of surfaces Help with job site setup, floor and furniture protection, and daily cleanup Keep tools, materials, and work areas clean, safe, and organized Work carefully around homes, businesses, and client property Follow project instructions, company standards, and safety guidelines Communicate respectfully with supervisors, coworkers, and clients Work indoors and outdoors depending on the project Maintain quality while completing work in an efficient manner What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who takes their work seriously and cares about the finished result. Ideal candidates will have:
