You'll gain hands-on experience working on a variety of interior and exterior painting projects in both residential and commercial settings. Schedule & Pay Our schedule varies based on current projects and jobsite needs, so flexibility is important. Our busy season generally runs from May through October, with opportunities for overtime during busier periods. In the off-season, work is scheduled on an as-needed basis around available projects. Additionally, you'll receive: $25.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience WA Sick Leave Opportunity for growth What You'll Be Doing Preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, scraping, masking, and other prep work Applying paint and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Setting up, moving, and safely using ladders and other painting equipment Lifting, carrying, and moving paint, tools, equipment, and other materials throughout the workday, while keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe Maintaining a friendly, respectful, and professional presence while working in and around customers' homes and businesses Working alongside the team to complete projects efficiently and deliver high-quality work

You'll Need:

A valid driver's license and are able to meet company MVR requirements Ability to pass a background check Ability to comfortably climb and work from ladders, work on uneven surfaces, and independently lift up to 75 lbs

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 45.0 per week
