Asgard Northwest is a full service construction company and our maintenance division is a preferred vendor for several property management companies in the Everett to Seattle region. We are hiring a Full-Time Painter. We are looking for a self-starting painter with a minimum of 6 years of experience. Our shop is in South Everett and we work around the north end of the Puget Sound with some projects on the eastside (Kirkland, Bellevue area) and up into south Skagit county. Workdays are M-F and start at 8a. Approximately 60% of the projects are in Snohomish County, 30% are on the north side of King County and 10% in Eastside (Kirkland, Bellevue area)or south Skagit County. This position will report directly to our COO and work both independently and alongside other Asgard Team members. A successful Painter should be able to satisfy their supervisor, co-workers and our clients by:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Ownership over all work assigned. Effective and efficient communication with colleagues, subcontractors and supervisor. Painter responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paints, stains or coatings and delivering high-quality finishes on both interior and exterior work Ability to deliver very high end work at times Ability to deliver lower quality much faster work at times Ability to direct a helper if needed

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of previous painter experience
• Valid Washington State Driver's License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to access Property Management Software and time tracking software on the job site and use it.
• Have their own transportation
• Have their own tools
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds Characteristics That We Are Seeking A successful Painter needs to be able to follow direction, have attention to detail, be timely, be professional and have great interpersonal skills when interacting with clients, subcontractors and their team.
