Job Description
Experienced Lead Painter / Crew Leader Surface By Design Painting is looking for an experienced Lead Painter to join our growing team in Skagit County, Washington. We are an established painting and coatings company performing residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout Northwest Washington. We take pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and doing the job right the first time. We are seeking a skilled painter who can lead by example and help oversee projects in the field.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional painting experience; ability to lead and motivate a crew
- Experience with residential and commercial painting
- Knowledge of surface preparation, spraying, brushing, rolling, and drywall repairs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; strong work ethic and dependable attendance
