We specialize in government contracts resulting in prevailing wage opportunities for our best painters throughout the spring, summer and fall months. Job Description:

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced painters to join our team. As a painter at Ecklund's, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our residential and commercial clients. As an employee for Ecklund's, you will be responsible for the preparation, painting, clean up and finishing touches for each job. Responsibilities Prepare interior surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, and priming. Select and apply appropriate paint materials and techniques for each project. Ensure smooth and even paint application, paying attention to detail and precision. Protect furniture, fixtures, and floors from paint splatter and damage. Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools. Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Requirements Proven experience as an interior/exterior painter. Proficiency in preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying various painting techniques. Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for working with paint materials and tools. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness on job sites. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. Reliable transportation to work and willingness to drive a company vehicle.
