What You'll Do Perform interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial projects Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming Apply paint and coatings using brush, roller, and spray techniques Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Communicate professionally with customers and team members Deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service What We're Looking For Previous professional painting experience required Knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, and finishing methods Experience with spray equipment is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Profit sharing Why Join Lyons Painting & Design?
