All Local Work, No Seasonal Slow-downs. Responsibilities Apply paint using conventional spray painting, airless paint spraying, and construction spray painting techniques. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to complete surface preparation and coating applications efficiently. Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing materials and disposing of waste according to safety protocols. Follow safety regulations diligently by wearing provided respiratory protection and other personal protective equipment during all phases of work. Qualifications Experience in residential painting, commercial painting, industrial coating applications, or related construction projects preferred. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless systems), brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Familiarity with safety regulations related to construction painting environments. Experience with renovation projects involving drywall installation/removal, plastering, caulking, fixture installation, and general maintenance tasks. Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating material quantities accurately. Attention to detail combined; capable of working independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings.
