1st Shift! Are you interested in an opportunity to learn a new trade? Do you have paint or paint prep experience? Trillium Staffing is currently seeking trainable, mechanically inclined candidates and experienced paint or paint prep candidates in the Fond du Lac area to learn the Industrial Paint and Sandblasting trade. As the Paint Shop Assistant, you will be learning the ins and outs of industrial paint prep, industrial painting, and sandblasting along with assisting the team with general shop and warehouse needs on a regular basis. You will learn paint prep duties such as masking, caulking, and sanding. Other duties will include prepping raw materials for work orders, wrapping finished products for shipment, and assisting with loading and unloading trucks. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who is serious about learning the trade with immediate hands-on experience. We are looking for someone with attention to detail and is a quick learner. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity on 1st shift! The standard 1st shift hours are Monday
- Friday 6:00am
- 3:30pm. Wages range based on experience level, $18
- 22+ per hour!

Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of work history in an industrial or shop environment, preferred.
- Previous painting experience a huge plus.
- Ability to multi-task and take on new duties.
- Forklift experience desired.
- Experience with hand/power tools preferred.
- Mechanically inclined and willing to learn.
