Experienced Commercial Painter (Tools Required) Green Bay & Appleton, WI $25-$35 per hour Full-Time | Immediate Start We're hiring experienced commercial painters for steady, full-time work across Green Bay and Appleton. This is not an entry-level role . You'll be expected to show up ready, work independently, and deliver clean, professional results without hand-holding. What You'll Be Doing Interior and exterior commercial painting Surface prep, sanding, patching, caulking Rolling, brushing, cutting in clean lines Working efficiently on active job sites Maintaining a clean, organized workspace Requirements (Read Carefully) Recent commercial painting experience (within the last 12 months) Able to work independently on-site without supervision Own required tools (must have on day one): 9" roller frame Extension poles (2-4 ft and 4-8 ft) Brushes 5-in-1 tool 1" and 3" putty knives 10" crescent wrench Flathead and Phillips screwdrivers Utility knife Hand masker Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong English communication (must be able to follow direction on-site) Pay & Benefits $25-$35 per hour depending on experience Dental, health, and vision insurance Steady, consistent work Important If you do not have recent commercial experience, your own tools, and the ability to work independently , this role will not be a fit.
