Summary As a Medal Painter at Medalcraft Mint, you will be an integral part of our production team, responsible for applying high-quality enamel to our custom-designed medals and awards. This role is great for anyone who has a love for art or craftsmanship and would like to put those skills to use! Responsibilities Mix paint and enamel to match specific PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors at an expected rate of speed once trained. Apply paint or enamel to medals with precision and attention to detail. Properly place product in oven or shelf as needed in the drying process Inspect finished products for quality assurance and consistency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols while handling materials and equipment. Qualifications Fine detail experience very helpful, such as crafting, tattooing, cosmetology, nail technician, painting, etc. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Basic understanding of color theory and application techniques is a plus. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to medal painting.
