The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various painting techniques and the ability to work on both residential and commercial projects. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work meets our standards of excellence. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Work on remodeling projects, including restoring and maintaining existing structures. Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine project requirements. Perform concrete finishing tasks as needed for specific projects. Install fixtures and ensure proper alignment and finish quality. Execute frame carpentry tasks as required for various painting projects. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of each project. Experience Proven experience in commercial painting and remodeling is preferred. Familiarity with plastering techniques is a plus. Ability to read and understand schematics related to painting projects. Experience with concrete finishing and fixture installation is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality in all work performed. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
