We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cerakote Painter to join our production team. This is a hands-on position working with firearm parts and accessories, applying high-quality Cerakote finishes in a variety of colors.

Schedule:

30-40 hours per week

Hours:

Flexible scheduling between 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Responsibilities Prepare parts for Cerakote application Mix and apply Cerakote coatings according to specifications Maintain consistent color, coverage, and finish quality Inspect completed parts for quality and imperfections Keep the work area, equipment, and spray equipment clean and organized Follow established production and quality-control processes Handle small parts carefully and keep customer/product orders organized Qualifications Cerakote or professional spray-finishing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Excellent attention to detail is required Ability to work carefully and consistently in a production environment Dependable and able to work independently Good organization and time-management skills Comfortable working with firearm parts and accessories We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing clean, consistent work and wants to develop their skills in Cerakote application. Previous experience is a plus, but reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are most important.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
