Job Description

The Painter
  • 3 works as part of a team performing multiple duties related to the production of painted products. Assigned tasks and teams will vary based on business needs. Starting pay at $19.25/hr. Plus, receive pay increases at 90 days and 6 months. Typical schedule 1st Shift Monday
  • Thursday 6:00 am
  • 3:30 pm with Friday overtime as needed.
Operate paint equipment requiring close control and adjustment according to production orders. Paint wood and/or metal components and finished products. Maintain required records and understand paint and solvent chemistry. Perform preventative maintenance per established schedules and maintain good housekeeping. Demonstrate flexibility in work hours, including overtime as needed. Comply with all safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures. Rotate to other positions as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
