Position Summary Suburban Drywall is seeking a Painter for our Lake Mills Location. The painter role assists with site preparation and cleanup, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. Key Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks and load or unload materials as needed Set up and maintain work areas and equipment, including scaffolding, ventilation, protective coverings, and cleaning tools and surfaces after use Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and inspect them for proper operation Prepare and restore surfaces by masking, washing, filling cracks, sanding, priming, stripping old finishes, and removing or reinstalling fixtures as needed Apply paints, stains, and sealers to specification using brushes, rollers, or sprayers, including mixing and matching finishes as required Follow all OSHA, company, and job-site safety requirements Demonstrate attention to detail, physical stamina, familiarity with painting tools and materials, time management, and teamwork or customer service as needed Qualifications Previous construction or general labor experience preferred Ability to use common hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in Various weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions Valid driver's license Bilingual preferred
