The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of painters, overseeing all painting projects, and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed. The Lead Painter must have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills in order to effectively manage the team and ensure that the highest quality standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for painting and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting. Great customer communication skills Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools. Understand the use of color theory and design principles. Inspect finished work for quality assurance. Train and supervise other painters.
