ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

As a Pipefitter Journeyman, you'll bring hands-on expertise to complex projects in semiconductor, industrial, and high-purity piping environments. You'll oversee crews installing stainless steel, carbon steel, and plastic piping systems (including PVDF, PP, and PVC), ensuring precision, efficiency, and accountability on every task. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Lead and supervise crews of pipefitters and apprentices on active construction projects. Plan and organize daily work to meet production and schedule goals. Interpret isometrics, P&IDs, and construction drawings accurately. Coordinate manpower, materials, and tools for optimal workflow. Inspect layout, fit-up, and installation to meet specifications and cleanliness standards. Communicate effectively with superintendents, QA/QC, and safety teams. Track crew hours, materials, and progress; report updates to project leadership. Promote and enforce all company and site safety policies. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Adhere to strict site safety standards. Ability to work long hours as necessary Ability to move in and around confined, clutter-filled, and uneven areas.

YOU ARE READY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE

5+ years of pipefitting experience, with 2+ years in a journeyman or lead role. NCCER Certification a plus Experience in semiconductor or high-purity piping environments. Familiarity with plastic piping systems (PVDF, PP, PVC) and fusion processes. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and drive field productivity. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and P&IDs. Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills. OSHA 30 and cleanroom experience preferred.
