Job Description

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced Pipefitters for an immediate start in Fremont, CA!
WEEKLY PAY
OVERTIME PAY:
$51-55/hour (based upon experience)
HOURS:
Shifts will be 10-hour workdays, 5 days per week (50+ hours/week)

Job Responsibilities:
Install, assemble, and repair piping systems according to blueprints, specifications, and project requirements Read and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, blueprints, and piping layouts Measure, cut, thread, bevel, fit, and prepare pipe for installation Install pipe, valves, fittings, flanges, supports, and related components Perform pipe alignment and fit-up for welding Use hand and power tools, pipe-cutting equipment, and other trade-specific tools Assist with pressure testing, system testing, and troubleshooting Identify and correct piping issues and leaks Work with welders, electricians, and other trades to coordinate installations Follow project specifications, safety procedures, and applicable codes Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of Pipefitter experience required MUST have OSHA 10-hour Construction (or be willing to get) Strong knowledge of industrial and/or commercial piping systems Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, and blueprints Proficient with pipe measurement, cutting, fitting, and installation Experience with various pipe materials, fittings, valves, and piping systems Ability to perform accurate pipe fit-up and alignment Strong understanding of job-site safety practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Must be able to work in an industrial/construction environment and meet the physical demands of the position
Additional Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to the job site Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required
