This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing underground utility pipelines, including water, sewer, gas pipelines and dry utilities.

Responsibilities :

• This person is extremely proficient in all aspects of pipeline installs and repairs. For the Leadman, they should be able to take a small crew of laborers and properly/safely install ANY type of pipe that may be required. Minimum of 4 years experience required.
• This employee should understand how to set up a laser, read stakes, grade trench, lay a variety of pipe and work with little direction.
• This employee is responsible for their own safety as well as assisting any other employees with required tasks. These tasks include but are not limited to: general labor, digging thrust blocks, stringing pipe, help with laying pipe and/or grade trench, cut and bevel pipe.
• Ability to operate safely around construction sites with adherence to safety standards
• Construction site experience with knowledge of trenching, shoring, and safety protocols is required
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team environment and be reliable

PLEASE NOTE

All employees are required to have at all times the following items: hardhat, engineering tape measure, torpedo level, safety vest, and a marker or keel.
