Annual bonus based on performance and overall profitability of company 100% HMO Health Insurance after 90 days Drug Free Workplace Qualifications 5 or more years of relevant experience Much be experienced with Storm, Sewer, and Pressure Pipe Qualified applicants will be able to read plans, understand grades, and work well with others as a team player Must be able to stoop, bend, crouch and use hands, arms, and legs fully Must have good vision and hearing (either naturally or with correction) Frequently lift up to 80 pounds, and the ability to carry objects weighing 50 pounds or less Must have a valid driver's license with good driving record Be continually attentive and mindful of your surroundings to keep yourself and co-workers safe Be able to understand and communicate information Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must have work boots, work pants (Shirts Provided) Have the ability to work extended hours required by the workload Work at a different worksite(s) from one day to the next Drug Free Workplace Responsibilities may include the following: This position is responsible for operating several types of construction equipment Follow safety requirements to avoid potential hazards or obstructions, such as utility lines, other equipment, workers, or falling objects Locate underground services, such as pipes or wires, prior to beginning work Coordinate machine actions with other activities, position or move loads in response to hand or audio signals Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment Check fuel to ensure adequate daily supply
