A Pipe Fitter installs and repairs pipe systems in commercial or industrial and manufacturing structures, such as pipes for heating and cooling systems. Works on pipes that carry gas, sprinkler systems, or pipes that carry steam under pressure.
Job Description We are seeking a Superintendent to manage underground utilities services. Specifically main line water, sewer, and drainage projects.
Requirements:
Requires 10 year's direct experience in main line water, sewer or drainage projects. Ability to read, understand and follow all project plans, blueprints, drawings, and any other documents that pertain to the project. Ability to set goals and consistently meet deadlines. Requires clean Driver's License.
Responsibilities:
Onsite management of projects from inception to completion with high standards, efficiency, and safety. Build and maintain effective communication between co-workers, owners, suppliers, and subcontractors. Coordinate job schedules, permitting, and site layout. Actively implement company and industry safety policies to ensure a consistently safe working environment. Other duties as assigned. Relocation package available.
