Job Description
Drewry Site Development is hiring a full-time Underground Utility Pipe Layer for civil construction projects throughout Volusia County and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Install storm drainage, water, and sewer piping Set pipe to the proper line, grade, and elevation Assist with trench preparation, bedding, connections, and backfilling Use lasers, levels, hand tools, and pipe-laying equipment Follow plans, specifications, and foreman instructions Maintain a safe and productive job site Requirements Previous underground utility or pipe-laying experience preferred Knowledge of trench safety and proper pipe installation Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable with a strong work ethic Able to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds Must follow PPE and safety requirements Drug-free workplace Schedule and Pay Full-time, five days per week Typical hours: 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Overtime available Pay based on experience Benefits After 90 Days Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Drewry Site Development is an equal opportunity employer. #hc263355
