DOE TEMP-TO-PERM HOSPITAL & HEALTHCARE PROJECTS

We are hiring experienced Commercial Pipefitters, Certified Pipe Welders, and Commercial Plumbers for ongoing hospital and healthcare construction projects throughout the Tampa Bay Area . If you have experience with welded, threaded, and soldered piping and know how to work in demanding commercial healthcare environments, we want to hear from you! PAY $28

•36 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Temp-to-Perm Opportunity with the potential for long-term employment for candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and quality workmanship.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Install commercial piping systems on hospital and healthcare projects Perform welded, threaded, and soldered pipe installation Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and specifications Perform pipe layout, measuring, cutting, fitting, and installation Install valves, fittings, hangers, supports, and related components Work with various types and sizes of commercial piping Perform pressure testing and assist with system startup Coordinate work with other trades on active construction sites Follow project specifications, safety procedures, and quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment

HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS

Candidates with previous experience working on hospitals, medical centers, healthcare facilities, or other complex commercial projects are strongly preferred. Experience working in occupied healthcare facilities and understanding the importance of maintaining clean and controlled work areas is highly valued.

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of commercial plumbing, pipefitting, or pipe welding experience Proven experience with welded, threaded, and soldered piping Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings Strong commercial construction background Ability to work independently or as part of a crew Proficient with pipefitting/plumbing hand and power tools Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship

CERTIFICATIONS & SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE

Candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply: Certified Pipe Welding Medical Gas Hospital/Healthcare Construction TIG, MIG, or Stick Welding Black Iron / Carbon Steel Piping Copper Piping Threaded Piping Hydronic Systems Domestic Water Systems
