Know wet utilities, water, sewer, storm drain, excavation and underground construction Have successfully led multiple Foremen and crews Know how to plan manpower, equipment and production across multiple projects Understand the field because you've actually been in the field Use modern construction technology to communicate, track work and stay ahead of problems Know how to hold people accountable without leading by intimidation Take pride in developing good people into even better ones Are ready to influence an entire operation instead of simply running another project
