We are hiring an experienced Pipe Layer to join our team. We are looking for someone who has strong underground utility experience and can work independently while maintaining quality and safety on the job site. PAY $24-$27 per hour, depending on experience Consistent work Opportunities for overtime Long-term employment

REQUIREMENTS

Previous Pipe Layer experience required Must be familiar with using pipe lasers Must be able to read grades and understand elevations Experience setting and installing catch basins and manholes Experience laying different types of underground pipe Water main installation experience Sewer pipe installation experience Storm drain installation experience Experience installing fire hydrants Experience installing valves Experience setting 90-degree fittings and other pipe fittings Must understand proper bedding, grade, alignment, and compaction requirements Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a crew

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Install and lay water, sewer, and storm drainage pipe Set pipe to the correct grade and elevation using lasers Set and install manholes and catch basins Install fire hydrants, valves, 90s, bends, and other fittings Check pipe alignment, grade, and depth Assist with excavation, bedding, backfilling, and compaction Work closely with equipment operators, foremen, and other crew members Maintain a safe and organized work area Follow project plans, specifications, and safety procedures

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for an experienced Pipe Layer who understands underground utilities and can hit the ground running. The right candidate should be comfortable working with lasers, reading grades, setting structures, and installing water, sewer, and storm systems. Pay will be based on experience and skill level. $24-$27 per hour Experienced Pipe Layers are encouraged to apply.
