Company Overview Custom Steam Solutions (USA) Inc. is a thermal engineering professionals with extensive on-field experience in system analytics. Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Pipefitter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems used in steam, thermal, and water systems across commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure the safe, efficient operation of complex plumbing and mechanical systems, adhering to all safety standards and local building codes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilize advanced tools and techniques, and contribute to energy-efficient solutions.
Skills and experience requirement:
Ability to read and following engineering drawings Cut and bevel pipe using cutting torches, saws, threading machines and pipe cutting machine. Assemble and install a variety of valves and fittings. Prepare and fit pipe for welding by a certified welder or join pipe and fittings by means of threaded, brazes or soldered joints. Secure pipe to structures with clamps, brackets or hangers. Cut penetrations in walls, ceilings or floors. Fabricate, install, position, or connect components, parts, finished products, or instruments for testing purposes, including hydro testing. Operates fork truck to move parts materials. Maintains inventory of consumable materials related to trade and advise supervisor to reorder as required. Participate in various safety related and technical training. Ability to deliver high quality work. Able to work under little supervision, self motivated, well disciplined, good attendance record a must. Work well under pressure to meet deadlines. Have a valid driver license in good standing. Must be reliable and willing to work onsite as required. Need to complete and follow Health and Safety training requirements as needed. Good Attendance is a MUST. Pay:
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
