Hours Per Week Pay:
Up to $40.00/hour (Based on Experience) Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Pipefitters for upcoming commercial construction projects throughout the Louisville, KY area. This position offers steady work, overtime opportunities, and the chance to work on a variety of commercial job sites. Qualified candidates will have experience working with stainless steel piping systems, and medical gas (MedGas) experience is highly preferred. Pipefitter Job Responsibilities Install, assemble, and modify piping systems according to project specifications and blueprints Measure, cut, thread, fit, and prepare pipe for installation Work with stainless steel pipe and related components Test piping systems for leaks and proper operation using pressure testing equipment Secure piping systems using appropriate supports, brackets, clamps, and fastening methods Troubleshoot and repair piping systems as needed Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure quality installation Follow all jobsite safety procedures and company policies Pipefitter Qualifications Proven experience as a commercial Pipefitter Experience working with stainless steel piping systems required MedGas installation experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and technical specifications Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work overtime as project demands require Compensation & Benefits Pay up to $40.00/hour based on experience 40+ hours per week with overtime opportunities Weekly pay Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Apply today to be considered for upcoming Pipefitter opportunities in the Louisville area.
