Job Summary ARC Energy is seeking a skilled and dependable Pipe Fitter to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have experience fitting stainless steel and carbon steel pipe, reading spool drawings and P&IDs, and working in an industrial fabrication environment. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of industrial pipe fitting experience. Must have experience TIG welding pipe. Must have experience fitting stainless steel and carbon steel pipe. Must be able to read and interpret spool drawings, fabrication drawings, and P&IDs. Experience in oil and gas, manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environments preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work overtime when required. Ability to work safely around moving equipment and in an industrial shop environment. High school diploma or GED preferred. Must pass required drug screening and background check. Responsibilities Perform pipe fitting based on spool drawings provided Produce a high volume of quality fits to maintain production schedules Mark completed fits as directed by company policy Follow all safety and company procedures This is a full-time position reporting to the Shop Foreman Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and work in various positions throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to work in varying temperatures and industrial shop environments. Ability to wear required PPE for extended periods. Work Environment This position is performed primarily in an industrial fabrication shop. Employees may be exposed to noise, dust, welding fumes, paint vapors, and heavy equipment. Proper PPE is required at all times.
