Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pipefitter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems across various industrial and construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that all piping work complies with safety standards and technical specifications, contributing to successful project completion and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately assemble piping systems. Fabricate pipe components using welding techniques such as

MIG, FCAW

(Flux-Cored Arc Welding), Stick welding, and TIG welding to meet project specifications. Install pipe systems including plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler fitting, and pipeline networks in accordance with ASME codes & standards and NFPA standards. Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and pipe threading equipment to cut, bend, solder, assemble, and install pipes efficiently and safely. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing piping systems while adhering to safety regulations and safety protocol guidelines. Interpret technical drawings and schematics for accurate pipe installation on construction sites or manufacturing facilities. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during fabrication and installation processes while maintaining a clean work environment. Skills Proficiency in MIG welding, FCAW, Stick welding, TIG welding, and soldering techniques. Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and technical drawings. Mechanical knowledge of pipefitting processes including pipe threading, tube bending, assembly, and installation. Experience with power tools such as grinders, drills, pipe benders, and rigging equipment. Knowledge of NFPA standards for fire sprinkler fitting and OSHA safety regulations for construction sites. Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and material estimations. Familiarity with plumbing systems, HVAC piping, pipeline construction, and maintenance procedures. Excellent understanding of safety protocol adherence during all phases of fabrication and installation work.
