Job Summary Starkville, MS | Foreman/Assistant Superintendent | Water & Wastewater Construction Here's exactly what we're hiring for: We have a large Headworks project starting in the Starkville area and we need a foreman who knows concrete and Underground Pipe. Not someone who has watched concrete get poured, or someone who has been on-site when pipe was being laid. Someone who has developed pour schedules, set forms, constructed complex blockouts and construction joints, tied rebar or coordinated rodbuster, coordinated and executed the pour, wrecked and finished structures. Yard Piping on this project is deep and needs to be on grade, will be pulling a box, and will be cutting through rock to install. If the superintendent steps off the job for a day, the work doesn't stop. The crew doesn't stand around. The schedule doesn't slip. That's the standard we hold our foremen or Assistant Superintendents to, and we back it up with the pay, the equipment, and the respect that standard deserves.
