Job Description

Job Summary Tri-Tech Energy is an industry leading Commercial HVAC & Mechanical Contractor serving New Jersey for over 30 years. We are seeking an experienced Plumber/Pipefitter to join our growing Plumbing/Mechanical Department. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial heating and domestic water systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure buildings. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with a can-do attitude and interpersonal skills. Duties Ability to understand and follow directions from Field Supervisor and management for installations, service calls, and repairs. Install, modify, repair, and maintain piping and system equipment using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment as needed. Diagnose and resolve issues found in the field. Understand and troubleshoot steam and hydronic heating systems as well as domestic hot water systems. Follow safety regulations diligently during all phases of work; participate in safety meetings and inspections to uphold a safe work environment. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience in plumbing, pipefitting, or mechanical. General knowledge of tools and equipment needed. Basic knowledge of heating and domestic systems. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must have a professional attitude and good communication skills. Strong attention to detail and work ethic Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn Capable of lifting heavy materials 50+ lbs. Clean driving record Must pass a drug screening and background check

  • Friday 7:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM (Overtime available as needed)
Education Requirements:
  • Highschool diploma/GED or equivalent is required
  • Trade school education is a plus
Pay:
$35.00
  • $50.
00 per hour
