Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to determine the root cause of the problem.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all HVAC systems are functioning properly and efficiently.
• Install new HVAC equipment and components as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks in a timely manner.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating units.
• Proficiency in welding and equipment repair.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
