Install, repair, and replace underground conduit, duct banks, cabling, and transformers.
Excavation & Labor:
Dig trenches and holes, often in tight, dark, or confined spaces, to access underground lines.
Cable Work:
Pull and splice underground cables
Safety Adherence:
Identify underground utilities, maintain safety protocols, and use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to avoid electrical hazards or gas lines.
Equipment Operation:
Operate tools such as trenchers, excavators, skidsteers.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs, work in varied weather conditions, and perform manual labor.
Skills:
Knowledge of electrical theory, cable termination, and reading blueprints.
Certification/Licensing:
Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is often required to operate company vehicles.
Flexibility:
