Temp-to-Hire Job Order #: 139375 Position Overview Stand-By Personnel is seeking experienced Pipe to Flange Fitters to join an industrial fabrication team in Claremore. This position is responsible for accurately preparing, fitting, aligning, and assembling pipe, flanges, valves, and related components according to engineering drawings and project specifications. The ideal candidate has previous pipe fitting or fabrication experience, strong measurement and layout skills, and the ability to work from isometric drawings, P&IDs, and fabrication diagrams. Precision is critical, particularly when establishing proper flange alignment, bolt-hole positioning, and flange-face orientation.
