Plumber Job Description We are seeking a skilled foreman with expertise in commercial new construction plumbing and pipefitting, specializing in hanging gas lines. This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in the field. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the installation of plumbing and piping systems in commercial new construction projects. Ensure the proper installation and hanging of gas lines and overhead pipes. Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure accurate installation and compliance with project specifications. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently and safely. Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations. Essential Skills Proficiency in construction, plumbing, and pipefitting. Experience with PVC, cast iron, mechanical plumbing, HVAC, gas pipes, black pipes, overhead pipes, and copper piping. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in commercial pipefitting or plumbing. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
