Fire Sprinkler Installation Sales Representative

Job Description

Kint Corporation is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Installation Sales Representative to help grow our fire sprinkler installation business. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in the fire sprinkler industry who understands the technical side of sprinkler installations and also has the ability to develop relationships, identify opportunities, estimate projects, prepare proposals, and close work. Fire sprinkler design experience is a significant plus. Responsibilities Develop and manage fire sprinkler installation sales opportunities Build relationships with general contractors, property owners, facility managers, developers, and other potential customers Review plans, specifications, and project requirements Perform site visits and gather information necessary to develop project scope and pricing Prepare estimates, proposals, and scopes of work for fire sprinkler installation projects Follow up on proposals and negotiate projects through award Work with internal operations, design, and project management teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution Maintain relationships with existing customers while actively developing new business Identify opportunities for renovations, tenant fit-outs, system replacements, expansions, and new construction projects Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate updates on opportunities Qualifications Previous experience in the fire sprinkler or fire protection industry strongly preferred Experience in fire sprinkler installation sales, estimating, design, project management, or a related role Working knowledge of commercial fire sprinkler systems and installation practices Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and sprinkler plans Strong estimating and proposal-writing skills Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities Strong organizational and follow-up skills Knowledge of applicable NFPA standards and fire sprinkler requirements preferred

Candidates with previous fire sprinkler design experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience with sprinkler design provides a major advantage in this position because of the ability to understand system layouts, evaluate project requirements, identify potential issues, develop accurate scopes, and communicate effectively with customers and our internal teams. The right person can walk a project, understand what needs to be done, develop a solid scope and estimate, communicate the value to the customer, and ultimately close the project.
