Comprehensive Training:

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive facility utilities maintenance. Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Utilize construction materials, tools, and methods effectively. Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental protocols. Contribute to the daily operations of Summit Station, including shared cooking and cleaning duties. Adapt to a flexible work schedule based on weather and operational needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum of four (4) years of documented experience in facility utilities maintenance. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with construction materials, tools, and methods. Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environmental structures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Valid United States Passport. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): EPA Section 608 Technician Certification, NATE certification, NITC certification; HVAC Excellence. ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC) certifications. Previous accredited OSHA training. Experience with commercial/industrial facility maintenance and construction. Experience with low voltage controls and wiring. Previous experience in remote, cold, and/or polar environments.

Work Schedule:

9-hour days, 6 days per week, with Sundays off. Occasional additional hours as needed. Schedule flexibility based on weather and work requirements.
