OPPORTUNITY!

Your first year will be as a 1099 employee, starting at $18.00/hour with no experience and hourly increases as your knowledge and contributions to the projects) progress. Experienced applicants will be assessed on experience and work history to determine job statuses and hourly rate. You will be assigned in your first 90 days to a Team to learn pipe fusion and pump systems installations at Alabama job sites. Key Requirements! Perform Duties in Various weather conditons and environments Lift or carry 25-50 pounds, if needed. Provide a valid driver's license and I-9 documentation. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Team Player mentality required. Able to take directions and follow through safety, timely and accurately. Welding experience a PLUS Pass criminal Background for three years, if required from customers.
