• CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30 & Site Specific certifications may be required
• Successful pre-employment background check and drug screen will be required
• DMV 3 Year History will be required before driving a company owned vehicle
• TWIC card will likely be required for special projects Qualifications and Standards

Minimum Training and Experience:

• 1 year of construction experience or a combination of education and experience preferred
• Experience in the use and methods of tools and equipment commonly used in the trade preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Must be physically able to exert up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
• Work involves sitting, walking and standing for extended periods of time
