Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and skilled Marine Construction professionals to join our team. This role involves working on various marine construction projects and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. (Building Dock, Seawalls, Boat Lifts, Boat Ramps, Boardwalks & Dune Crossovers) The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, mechanics, and customer service, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities
  • Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required for marine construction tasks.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements and specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprint drawings/plans to assist in project execution.
  • Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional service by communicating clearly with management regarding project progress and requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot issues on-site, applying mechanical skills to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment for all.
  • Ensuring all tools, equipment and jobsite materials are accounted for at all times and properly stored after use.
  • Maintain that job sites, shop yards, tool trailers, equipment, vehicles are clean of all debris on a daily basis.
  • All are responsible to help maintain equipment on schedule (Oiling, Greasing, Cleaning, Painting, Welding, Repairing, etc...) to ensure reliability and longevity of company equipment. Requirements
  • Proven experience in marine construction or a related field is preferred with an eagerness to learn & advance your skills in the company.
  • Strong mechanical, framing & finishing skills with the ability to operate various hand tools and equipment.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as laser levels, tape measures, string lines is a plus.
  • Ability to read plans and technical drawings accurately.
  • Pride in work, with an utmost attention to detail and a strong focus on the company's client's satisfaction.
  • Capable of performing heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks as needed.
  • Must be able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and as part of a team in diverse outdoor environments.
  • Ability to pass a drug and/or alcohol test anytime.
  • Must have a valid US driver's license and/or reliable transportation to and from job sites.
  • Must be fluent in English language and able to provide Form I-9.
