• 38 • 5-10 yrs $38•46 • 10+ yrs $46•55) We're hiring pipefitters to install the cooling systems that keep a large AI data center running: chilled water, condenser water, and process and liquid cooling.

What you'll do

• Install chilled water, condenser water, and process/liquid cooling piping.
• Connect pumps, cooling towers, and CDUs (coolant distribution units).
• Measure, cut, bevel, fit, and align grooved and welded carbon and stainless pipe.
• Install valves, fittings, hangers, supports, and pipe racks.
• Support hydrostatic and pneumatic testing and flange management. Requirements
• 2+ years of data center or industrial hydronic pipefitting, a recognized apprenticeship, or equivalent military experience. Residential-only experience doesn't qualify.
• Grooved and welded carbon steel and stainless experience.
• Reads isometric and spool drawings.
• Must pass a background check.
• Work outdoors, at heights, and in full PPE for a 12-hour shift.
• Able to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Candidates may be represented by only one staffing agency for this project. Pluses
• P&ID reading.
• UA or NCCER credentials.
• Large-bore piping and hydrotest experience.
• OSHA 10 or 30.

About the project Join a major AI data-center build in Memphis, TN and Southaven, MS. This is a large, fast-moving industrial project with long-term work and the chance to travel to future projects. Schedule, pay and benefits 6 days a week, 12-hour shifts (Mon-Sat or Sun-Fri), with an optional 7th day and substantial overtime. Day and night shifts; must be open to either. Paid weekly. Holiday work on critical-path crews pays double time for the full holiday weekend. $160/day travel per diem, paid weekly, for workers living 75+ miles from the site.
