Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pipe Welder for a 4-month project in College Station, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong TIG and Stick welding experience on pipe and be able to successfully pass a 6G pipe welding test. Expect overtime! No Per diem.

Skill Desired:

Requirements TIG welding experience on carbon steel and stainless steel pipe Stick welding experience on pipe Must be able to pass a 6G pipe welding test using: TIG process Stick process 6G testing will be performed per B31.1 pipe code Preferred Qualifications Previous pipefitting experience Experience reading drawings Strong understanding of pipe welding and fit-up Ability to work safely and efficiently in a commercial/industrial environment
