NDT operator with ASNT Level II Certification.

Responsibilities:

Operate NDT Equipment Inspection of pipe for OCTG and Line Pipe. API 5L and API 5CT Prove up NDT indications Submit daily reports on pipe inspected Maintain housekeeping in NDT area Perform other functions assigned by Supervisor Operates conveyors to move pipe to NDT unit Calibrates NDT unit using Reference Standards Sets NDT and equipment for correct size Prepares NDT for operation Ultrasonically inspects weld longitudinal seam Inspects seam to determine if pipe is acceptable under the applicable specification and code Prepare reports showing pipe numbers and all data applicable to NDT of pipe Reports to:
