Commercial Pipe Fitters

•34/Hour | Houston, TX We are hiring experienced Commercial Pipe Fitters for projects throughout the Houston area. Candidates must have at least five years of commercial pipefitting experience and be able to work independently from drawings and specifications.

•34/hour based on experience
Location:
Houston, TX Full-time work Weekly pay Overtime may be available Responsibilities Install and assemble commercial piping systems Measure, cut, thread, groove and fit pipe Install valves, supports, hangers and related components Read and work from blueprints, drawings and specifications Perform accurate layout and piping-system measurements Inspect completed work for proper alignment and installation Follow all jobsite safety requirements Requirements Minimum five years of commercial pipefitting experience OSHA 10 certification required Strong blueprint-reading and layout skills Experience with threaded, grooved and welded piping systems Must provide basic hand tools and required PPE Dependable transportation and reliable attendance Must be able to lift, climb, bend and work in active construction environments
