Job Description

We are currently seeking Pipefitters for an expansive data center construction initiative located in Abernathy, TX.

August 17, 2026

Compensation:

$32 to $34 hourly, determined by your professional background and NCCER status.

Per Diem:

$125 daily, provided for all 7 days of the week. Our team is recruiting between 100 and 300 experienced Pipefitters to assist with the assembly of structural steel frameworks and the integration of prefabricated stainless-steel spools for chilled water piping infrastructure.

Project Logistics Work Cycle:

Daily operations, 7 days weekly

Shift Duration:

12-hour rotations

Overtime Availability:

Opportunities for workweeks exceeding 80 hours

Daily Allowance:

$125 per diem, secured for every day of the week Core Duties Assemble and secure structural steel support components Integrate prefabricated stainless-steel pipe spools into the system Manage tasks related to chilled water piping networks Utilize blueprints and technical layouts to guide installation Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team within the active data center site Ensure all project tasks contribute to meeting site safety and quality standards Candidate Qualifications Demonstrated background in pipefitting or welding Prior exposure to stainless-steel piping systems is advantageous Capacity to maintain a 12-hour shift schedule, 7 days per week Availability to commit to workweeks of 80+ hours Dependable personal transportation to reach the job site Capability to satisfy all necessary site-specific requirements This role offers significant earning potential through high-volume hours, competitive base wages, and a consistent daily allowance.
